Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
Shipping Across UAE
- Standard Delivery: 3-4 days by courier
- Free Delivery: For orders over 150 AED
Expedited Shipping
If you want to receive your order faster, choose expedited shipping at checkout for an additional 35 AED.
- Dubai: The cut-off for same-day delivery is 11 AM. Orders placed after 11 AM will be delivered the next day.
- Abu Dhabi: Expedite shipping orders will be delivered the next business day. The cut-off for next-day delivery in Abu Dhabi is 4 PM.
Returns & Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt if the item is unused and in its original condition.
- Items can be replaced due to size issues or damage.
- After two exchanges, a courier fee of 30 AED will apply.
- SALE items are not eligible for returns.
- Returns for regularly priced items are accepted within 7 days of receipt.

Monday to Saturday: Delivery attempts between 9 AM – 5 PM (After 7 PM subject to customer availability)
Remote Areas in UAE
Deliveries to remote areas may take up to 5 business days. A delivery fee of AED 40.00 applies.
